Vista Park Living

Vista Park Living is a master-planned, modular-designed, multi-family housing community designed with the goal of developing a modern and recreational community for its residents. In total, the community consists of nine apartment buildings, a community clubhouse and pool, and an abundance of outdoor recreational areas spread across almost 14 acres of land and over 357,600 square feet of enclosed building area.  

The Vista Park Living community will set 432 modular boxes in order to create nine apartment buildings. Each of these individual apartment buildings contains 36 rental units, providing the city of Vista Park with 324 rental units altogether. These units are divided into one and two-bed types, complete with accessible accommodations, and a contemporary interior that matches the development’s modern exterior.
