Oak Ridge Retail #5 - West Fargo, ND
Oak Ridge Retail #5 is the fifth building in a the Oak Ridge commercial/retail development located along 32nd Ave S in West Fargo, ND. Its design features a modern aesthetic with a muted material palette similar to its neighboring buildings. The retail building also boasts multi-tenant rentable areas with great frontage on one of the busier thoroughfares in the region.
EagleRidge Plaza I and II - Fargo, ND
EagleRidge Plaza I and II are two, three-story, Class A office buildings situated along the busy and still upcoming commercial corridor of Veteran’s Boulevard in Fargo, North Dakota. When phase II is complete, together, the buildings will provide over 120,000 square feet of enclosed, rentable area for a number of tenants — each with far-reaching views out of their floor to ceiling windows.
Dakota Business Lending Headquarters - Fargo, ND
The headquarters for Dakota Business Lending was designed with details in mind. At each corner, the ideas and client’s overall vision is eminent. We very much enjoyed being a part of the in-depth design process on this project, and we are as happy as the client with how the finished product turned out.
Vista Park Living - Lamesa, TX
Vista Park Living is a master planned, modular-designed, multi-family housing community. In total, the community will provide the city with 324 rental units divided among nine different apartment buildings. Included in the development, will also be a community park, dog run, and community hall complete with a pool and recreation room.
Park River Area School - Park River, ND
The Park River Area School brings a number of small communities and their students together under one roof. The K-12 facility looked for our help in the programming and designing of an extensive addition and a remodel of their existing educational spaces.
High Point Networks - Fargo, ND
The High Point Networks office building is home to a number of commercial tenants including the High Point Networks’ Headquarters. The office building capitalizes on a wonderful location, along the I-94 interstate.
