Red Willow Estates

Red Willow Estates are a master-planned, modular-designed, single-family housing community designed to provide quality, affordable housing to workforce members of the Ojibwe Tribe. The nearly 13-acre development consists of 15 two-family dwellings and family-inspired amenities such as community gardens, playgrounds, basketball courts and gathering spaces.  Red Willow Estates was made possible by funding through Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) similar to the 221 (d)(4) process.
