Advanced Volumetric Alliance

Advanced Volumetric Alliance (AVA) is a modular building manufacturing facility located off Interstate 94 in Albertville, MN. The facility in whole is 178,870 square feet with a majority of the space dedicated to the factory floor for the modular building and manufacturing process. Additional support service areas are also included in the building’s administration wing, which houses offices, conference rooms, training spaces, a dining hall, and a product showroom. In the future, an additional 67,000 square feet of production floor can be added once the factory is fully functioning at a max output capacity and efficiency.

At its current size, the factory floor has 21 modular bays arranged in like manner to an assembly line process. Material storage areas provide support in construction at each bay, along with overhead cranes for lifting and setting up materials. Max mod output should exceed two mods daily once fully functioning.
