As part of a broader initiative to expand market-rate housing in Cincinnati, Ohio, our team was engaged to design the Aspen Townhome model for Slate Modular. Developed for the Cincinnati Port Authority, these thoughtfully designed, modular-constructed homes reflect a modern approach to urban living.

Each shot-gun-style townhome spans approximately 2,100 square feet and includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a den. Given the compact nature of the site. the architectural design emphasizes spatial efficiency and functional layouts tailored to contemporary lifestyles. The Aspen model reflects a balance of quality, affordability, and design-forward thinking—contributing to the evolving fabric of Cincinnati’s housing market.
