rTC HEADQUARTERS

WHITE EARTH, MN

The RCT Headquarters, located in White Earth, MN, serves as a central hub for the White Earth Nation. This office building was designed to consolidate numerous tribal departments that were previously dispersed across the reservation.

Spanning over 83,200 square feet, the facility accommodates a range of services. The lower level includes offices and support spaces for Finance, Education, Fitness, Child Welfare, Enrollments, and Maintenance. The upper level houses Administration, Human Resources, Natural Resources, Justice, and Public Safety departments. An adjacent outdoor space was thoughtfully designed to host cultural and community events, including musical performances, presentations, lectures, and Pow-Wows.
