The AVA Factory is a 175,000-square-foot modular manufacturing facility located in Albertville, Minnesota. Designed for Advanced Volumetric Alliance, it serves as both a high-efficiency production hub and a showcase for innovation.

The factory floor features 21 modular bays, optimized for workflow and equipped with overhead cranes and precision framing beds. The facility also includes offices, locker rooms, breakout areas, and a cafeteria that doubles as a training and conference space. A dedicated showroom displays AVA’s modular capabilities. Master-planned for a 67,000-square-foot expansion, AVA represents a significant step forward in modular manufacturing, combining efficiency, flexibility, and innovation.
